# Payments Report By Region

Source route: `/reports/financial/payments-by-region`

Use this report to analyze transaction volume by country and payment method.

## Purpose

- Monitor payment volume by country/region
- Compare payment method performance
- View regional currency distribution
- Reconcile deposits and withdrawals by region

## Steps

1. Open **Reports > Financial > Payments Report By Region**.
2. Select date range and operation type (Deposit / Withdrawal) filters.
3. Review payment method, region, and currency columns.
4. Export for regional reconciliation.

## Table Columns

| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Payment Type | Payment gateway name |
| Region Name | Country name |
| Currency | Currency code |
| Amount | Total sent amount |
| Operation | Transaction type (Deposit / Withdrawal) |

## Filters

- **Date Range** — filter by transaction date
- **Operation Type** — Deposit or Withdrawal
- **Payment Method** — filter by specific gateway

## Export

- **CSV/XLS** — for regional reconciliation and accounting
- **PDF** — for management reporting

## Troubleshooting

- **Amount mismatch**: align timezone, use same date filter.
- **Region not showing**: verify there are transactions for that region.
- **Slow load**: narrow the date range.
