Affiliate Settings

Use Security > Affiliate Settings to configure the affiliate data push integration used to send operational data to EveryMatrix or PartnerMatrix.

Current Panel Overview

The page shown in the video is divided into three areas:

  • Affiliate Settings master toggle to enable or disable the integration
  • API Credentials for connection details
  • Push Configuration and Data Push Settings for scheduling, retries, and event selection

Integration Toggle

The top Affiliate Settings switch controls whether the EveryMatrix or PartnerMatrix push integration is active.

  • ON: CMS can use the saved settings to push data
  • OFF: the integration remains disabled even if all fields are filled

Turn the toggle on only after credentials and event settings are verified.

API Credentials Fields

These fields identify your affiliate environment and connect CMS to the external API.

  • Skin ID: enter the skin or brand identifier provided by EveryMatrix or PartnerMatrix
  • Authorization Key: enter the API authorization key for that affiliate environment
  • API Base URL: enter the base endpoint used for the data push API, for example the provider URL shown in the panel
  • Affiliate Panel URL: enter the affiliate back-office or panel URL associated with the same environment

Important:

  • Skin ID, Authorization Key, API Base URL, and Affiliate Panel URL must all belong to the same affiliate environment.
  • If Authorization Key or API Base URL is wrong, push requests will fail.
  • The panel shows validation messages when required fields are missing.

Push Configuration Fields

This section controls how data is pushed and retried.

  • Cron Schedule: enter the cron expression used to run the push job
  • Batch Size: enter how many records should be sent in one request cycle
  • Request Timeout (ms): enter the request timeout in milliseconds
  • Max Retries: enter how many retry attempts should be made after a failed push
  • Whitelisted IPs: enter allowed IP addresses separated by commas if the integration requires IP restriction
  • Notes: enter internal admin notes for the setup

Important:

  • Use a valid cron expression supported by your environment.
  • Batch Size, Request Timeout, and Max Retries should match the provider's API tolerance and your traffic volume.
  • Add Whitelisted IPs only if the affiliate provider expects fixed server IP allowlisting.

Data Push Settings Toggles

Data Push Settings lets you choose which event types should be pushed to EveryMatrix.

The video shows these available toggles:

  • Player Registrations
  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Corrections
  • Casino Bets
  • Sports Bets
  • Live Casino
  • Bonus Transactions

Enable only the data types your affiliate integration expects. Leaving unnecessary events enabled can send unwanted payloads.

  1. Open Security > Affiliate Settings.
  2. Turn the master integration toggle ON only when you are ready to activate the setup.
  3. Fill Skin ID, Authorization Key, API Base URL, and Affiliate Panel URL.
  4. Configure Cron Schedule, Batch Size, Request Timeout (ms), and Max Retries.
  5. Add Whitelisted IPs if your provider requires allowlisting.
  6. Add optional internal notes in Notes.
  7. Enable only the required toggles in Data Push Settings.
  8. Click Save Configuration.

What Matters Before Saving

  • Use credentials from the correct affiliate environment, not mixed values from another stage or brand.
  • Confirm the base URL points to the correct data push API.
  • Keep the event toggles aligned with the provider-side integration scope.
  • Review cron and retry values carefully to avoid duplicate or overly aggressive push attempts.

Notes

  • This page is used for affiliate data push integration, not general CMS content setup.
  • If the provider changes the API key, base URL, or allowlisted IP requirements, update this screen immediately.
