Affiliate Settings
Use Security > Affiliate Settings to configure the affiliate data push integration used to send operational data to EveryMatrix or PartnerMatrix.
Current Panel Overview
The page shown in the video is divided into three areas:
Affiliate Settingsmaster toggle to enable or disable the integrationAPI Credentialsfor connection detailsPush ConfigurationandData Push Settingsfor scheduling, retries, and event selection
Integration Toggle
The top Affiliate Settings switch controls whether the EveryMatrix or PartnerMatrix push integration is active.
ON: CMS can use the saved settings to push dataOFF: the integration remains disabled even if all fields are filled
Turn the toggle on only after credentials and event settings are verified.
API Credentials Fields
These fields identify your affiliate environment and connect CMS to the external API.
Skin ID: enter the skin or brand identifier provided by EveryMatrix or PartnerMatrixAuthorization Key: enter the API authorization key for that affiliate environmentAPI Base URL: enter the base endpoint used for the data push API, for example the provider URL shown in the panelAffiliate Panel URL: enter the affiliate back-office or panel URL associated with the same environment
Important:
Skin ID,Authorization Key,API Base URL, andAffiliate Panel URLmust all belong to the same affiliate environment.- If
Authorization KeyorAPI Base URLis wrong, push requests will fail. - The panel shows validation messages when required fields are missing.
Push Configuration Fields
This section controls how data is pushed and retried.
Cron Schedule: enter the cron expression used to run the push jobBatch Size: enter how many records should be sent in one request cycleRequest Timeout (ms): enter the request timeout in millisecondsMax Retries: enter how many retry attempts should be made after a failed pushWhitelisted IPs: enter allowed IP addresses separated by commas if the integration requires IP restrictionNotes: enter internal admin notes for the setup
Important:
- Use a valid cron expression supported by your environment.
Batch Size,Request Timeout, andMax Retriesshould match the provider's API tolerance and your traffic volume.- Add
Whitelisted IPsonly if the affiliate provider expects fixed server IP allowlisting.
Data Push Settings Toggles
Data Push Settings lets you choose which event types should be pushed to EveryMatrix.

Enable only the data types your affiliate integration expects. Leaving unnecessary events enabled can send unwanted payloads.
Recommended Setup Flow
- Open
Security > Affiliate Settings. - Turn the master integration toggle
ONonly when you are ready to activate the setup. - Fill
Skin ID,Authorization Key,API Base URL, andAffiliate Panel URL. - Configure
Cron Schedule,Batch Size,Request Timeout (ms), andMax Retries. - Add
Whitelisted IPsif your provider requires allowlisting. - Add optional internal notes in
Notes. - Enable only the required toggles in
Data Push Settings. - Click
Save Configuration.
What Matters Before Saving
- Use credentials from the correct affiliate environment, not mixed values from another stage or brand.
- Confirm the base URL points to the correct data push API.
- Keep the event toggles aligned with the provider-side integration scope.
- Review cron and retry values carefully to avoid duplicate or overly aggressive push attempts.
Notes
- This page is used for affiliate data push integration, not general CMS content setup.
- If the provider changes the API key, base URL, or allowlisted IP requirements, update this screen immediately.
