- Open Reports > Player Claim Bonus History.
- Apply date range and player filters.
- Review claimed bonuses and amounts.
- Export to analyze campaign impact.
Filters
- Date Range — by claim date
- Player ID / Username — by specific player
- Bonus Name — by specific campaign
Export
- CSV/XLS — for campaign analysis and compliance
- PDF — for management summary
Troubleshooting
- No records showing: widen date range or clear filters.
- Request vs claim discrepancy: compare with Bonus Request History.
