Bonus Request History

Use this report to retrospectively track player bonus requests and audit bonus operations.

Purpose

  • View per-player bonus request history
  • Analyze request volume for a specific bonus name
  • Verify request status (approved, rejected, pending)
  • Review operator notes and customer service history

Steps

  1. Open Reports > Bonus Request History.
  2. Apply filters: date range, player ID, username, bonus name.
  3. Review status and note for each request.
  4. Click Player ID to navigate to the player profile if needed.
  5. Export for bonus audit.

Table Columns

Filters

  • Date Range — by request date
  • Player ID — by specific player
  • Username — by username
  • Bonus Name — by specific bonus name

Export

  • CSV/XLS — for bonus audit and compliance
  • PDF — for management reporting

Troubleshooting

  • Request not showing: widen date range or clear bonus name filter.
  • Status mismatch: check Promotions > Bonus Requests section.
  • Note missing: operator note may not have been entered.
