Providers Overview

The Providers page supports only limited CMS operations. The provider records themselves come from the master panel, so this screen is mainly used to upload the provider image and adjust the display order.

Important Operational Rules

  • You cannot create a new provider from this CMS page.
  • You cannot manage the master provider details from this CMS page.
  • Provider name, type, and master availability are supplied from the master panel.
  • CMS users can:

- upload or replace the provider image - change provider display order via Edit Order

Interface Overview

Main Providers page includes:

  • Filters: Search, Type
  • List columns: Image, Provider Name, Order, Type, Status
  • Actions:

- Edit Order (top-right) - row Edit icon for image upload only

Step 1: Review the Provider List

  1. Open Blocks > Providers.
  2. Use Search to find a provider quickly.
  3. Use the Type filter when you want to narrow the list by provider type.

What the list shows:

  • provider image thumbnail
  • Provider Name
  • Order
  • Type
  • Status

Step 2: Upload or Replace the Provider Image

Use this flow when the provider image is missing or needs to be changed.

  1. Click the row Edit icon.
  2. The edit screen opens with the provider information already supplied from the master side.
  3. Upload the image inside the Provider Image area.
  4. Click Save.

Important:

  • The editable part shown in the video is the provider image upload area.
  • Provider name and type are already provided from the master panel.
  • This page is not used to create a provider or rewrite its master details.

Step 3: Change the Provider Order Sequence

Use Edit Order when you want to change how providers are arranged on the frontend.

  1. Click Edit Order.
  2. The Order field becomes editable in the list.
  3. Update the sequence value.
  4. Click Save.
  1. Validate provider list using search/type filters.
  2. Upload or replace the provider image if needed.
  3. Use Edit Order to control provider sequence.
  4. Save and verify that the image and order are reflected correctly.

Notes

  • Provider creation and master data maintenance should be handled from the master panel.
  • Use this CMS page only for provider image management and sequence control.
