What You Can Do #

• Filter by date, type, use-for, product, ID, name, state
• New → choose bonus type → configure
• Edit → reopen setup with saved values
• Toggle active/inactive from the list
• Statistics → campaign-level reporting

Permissions And Actions #

Controlled by the bonus permission set.

Important Status Behavior #

You cannot reactivate a bonus if its bonus-program end date is already in the past. Extend or fix the period first, then activate.

Create And Edit Flow #

Click New → Choose Bonus Type.

Editing reloads the same flow with saved data.

Bonus Types (Create Flow) #

New opens Choose Bonus Type. Pick one template—each opens its own setup wizard (fields and steps differ by type).

This page documents only wagering bonus creation—Step 1 / Step 2, Use For playbooks, filters, and statistics below all refer to that flow. Separate guides for spin, cash, and bet will be added here over time; list, edit, status, and Statistics work the same for every bonus saved from this menu.

Wagering bonus #

Players must complete wagering (turnover) before withdrawal.

Mini example: Bonus 100, requirement 5× → place 500 in qualifying bets.

Two steps: Setup & Schedule → Financial Factors.

Step 1: Setup And Schedule #

Defines who, when, and visibility.

Fields are dynamic depending on Use For. Example: Deposit Bonus shows Deposit Number, Payment Systems, and the Schedule block; Trial, Loss, Wheel, Promocode, and Manual hide deposit-only inputs and hide the Schedule section for this wagering wizard. VIP Club Bonus keeps Schedule visible.

Deposit Bonus #

• Qualifies using deposit number, tier min/max amounts, and payment systems.
• Turn on Show On Bonus List if players must tick the offer at the cashier.

Example: First deposit 100% up to €200; first deposit only; cards only; casino product; Max Bonus Amount Per Day caps heavy recyclers.

Trial Bonus #

• Use when the reward lands before any deposit (e.g. after signup). Deposit-only inputs stay hidden—focus on expiration, verified-only rules, and product scope.

Example: €10 trial; expiration type from payout date + 48 hours; Available For Verified Player on.

Wheel Bonus #

• Backend definition of what the wheel pays for a slice. Keep name and Step 2 rules aligned with the wheel campaign so stats/support can trace wheel → bonus.

Example: Segment “50 free spins, 30× on slots”—mirror those wagering factors under Financial Factors and currency tiers.

Promocode Bonus #

• Pairs with code redemption (Promo Codes). Limit abuse with max players, region, and the bonus program window (the Step 1 Schedule block stays hidden for this Use For).

Example: Code SPRING25 +25% on the next qualifying deposit; Max Bonus Amount caps high rollers.

Loss Bonus #

• Cashback-style logic from Step 2 tiers. Number Of Times User Can Get Bonus caps claims per period (e.g. 2×/day). Day-of-week timing is not the deposit-style Schedule on this screen.

Example: 10% net sports loss via tiers; Withdraw Same Day Allowed off if payouts should wait until the next day.

Manual Bonus #

• Usually leave Show On Bonus List off unless you intentionally expose it on the public picker. Amounts are assigned case-by-case.

Example: Goodwill $50 with 5× on bonus balance; audit trail via Statistics → /promotion/bonuses/{id}.

VIP Club Bonus #

• Scope eligibility to VIP tiers and regions your club rules already enforce—loyalty level drives this, not a generic deposit promo.

Example: Gold tier monthly 75% reload capped at $500; tighten region when tiers differ by market.

After Use For, treat product, region, bonus program period, schedule (deposit/VIP flows only), and currency tiers as filters on who / when / how much. Step 2 defines wagering and payout ceilings.

Core Setup Fields #

Core fields: Name, Active, Available Currency, Product, Region, Description, plus Use For above.

The wagering wizard only lists Casino and Sportbook for product (the API may allow more elsewhere).

Deposit And Eligibility #

• Payment Systems — Deposit Bonus only, required. Selecting every method maps to the all-methods flag on save (applies_to_all_payment_systems); empty is invalid.
• Deposit Number — 1st / 2nd / … / reload-every-deposit
• Max Players, Max Bonus Amount Per Day
• Show On Bonus List — visible at cashier when on
• Available For Verified Player
• Withdraw Within Last Hours?, Withdraw Same Day Allowed
• Can Get Another Bonus — stackable picker behaviour
• Number Of Times User Can Get Bonus — mainly Loss (daily cap)

Period And Expiration #

• Bonus Program Period
• Expiration Type → Given Date or From Payout Date (count days from grant)

Schedule #

• Period Type · Week Days · From Time / To Time · Period & Count — Mostly visible for Deposit Bonus and VIP Club Bonus; hidden for the other Use For values on this wagering flow.

Step 2: Financial Factors And Currency Tiers #

Wagering And Withdrawal #

• Deposit Wagering Requirement — e.g. 1× on 100 USD deposit → 100 USD staked (hidden when Manual Bonus or Loss Bonus is selected).
• Bonus Wagering Requirement — e.g. 8× on 100 USD bonus → 800 USD staked
• Keep Deposit On Real Balance
• Restrict Withdrawal While Player Has Active Bonus

Per Currency #

• Bonus Calculation — fixed amount or percentage
• Max Bonus Amount, Min / Max Amount, Max Payout
• Min / Max Bet, Max Wagering Amount (cap how much of one bet counts)

Filters And Review Use #

• Which bonuses are live?
• Which use-for / product?
• Edit vs read-only via Statistics?

Statistics And Detail Follow-Up #

Statistics → /promotion/bonuses/{id} (detail workspace, not a separate menu).

Includes read-only campaign card, redemption report for that ID, filters, CSV/XLSX export, sorting & pagination.
