Game Transaction

Use this report to review casino game transactions at the player level and perform reconciliation.
Purpose
- Review casino game rounds at the transaction level
- Verify stake and winning amounts
- Detect suspicious game movements
- Reconcile with payment and game systems
Steps
- Open Reports > Game Transaction.
- Apply filters: date range, player ID, username, currency.
- Click a row to inspect a specific transaction.
- Export to complete game system reconciliation.

Filters
- Date Range — by transaction date
- Player ID / Username / Name — by player
- Currency — specific currency
- Status — by transaction status
Export
- CSV/XLS — for game system reconciliation and audit
- PDF — for management reporting
Troubleshooting
- Transaction not showing: widen date range, clear status filter.
- Amount discrepancy: cross-reference with game provider using External ID.
- Slow load: use a shorter date range or single player filter.
