Role and Permission Management

This page controls role creation and access distribution across Back Office modules.

Roles list

You can review:

  • Role name
  • Assigned user count
  • Last update time
  • Edit/Delete actions

Create a New Role

Add role entry Add role modal

  1. Click Add Role.
  2. Enter role name.
  3. Enable permissions by module.
  4. Save role.

Edit or Delete Role

  • Edit: update module permissions or role scope.
  • Delete: allowed only when no users are assigned.
  1. Create role first.
  2. Test role on one user account.
  3. Confirm module visibility.
  4. Roll out to remaining users.

Troubleshooting

  • Role not assignable in user form: Refresh page after role creation.
  • Permission change not reflected: Re-login affected user session.
  • Delete role blocked: Remove linked users first.

Best Practice

  • Keep roles business-function based (Support, Finance, Compliance).
  • Avoid direct ad-hoc permission changes without role review.
