Campaign Overview

The Campaign area is used to create, schedule, and monitor CRM campaigns. It combines a list screen for operational tracking with a step-by-step campaign setup wizard.

Step-by-Step: Review Campaigns

  1. Open Campaign.
  2. Apply filters if the list is large.
  3. Review the campaign title, status, and mode together.
  4. Confirm whether the campaign is live, draft, completed, or scheduled before making any follow-up decision.

Step-by-Step: Start a Campaign

  1. Open Campaign.
  2. Click Create Campaign.
  3. In General Information, enter Campaign Title.
  4. Add Description if needed.
  5. Select Goal Type.
  6. Enter Target Count.
  7. Click Save & Continue.
  8. Continue through segment, template, bonus, schedule, and review steps.
  9. Submit only after all selections are confirmed.
